YOU should determine what it is about - with who or how you spend / invest your time, energy & attention!
Are you familiar with the feeling & experience that you strive & hunger 4 change & improvement & you run in all possible & impossible directions like a crazy person... & yeah, you do make progress along the way, but truly slowly & absolutely randomly - at least from my point of view & according 2 my understanding.
So, after years of unsystematic, headless hustling & running around - 2 be honest probably some kind of being busy with being busy, cause I truly had no clue where 2 turn 2 or.. what 2 do, more precisely... when 2 do what & 2 what degree.. & when is it time 2 turn towards which other area of me & my life? Since, of cause, my whole life is a mess - not just one or two areas. At least that I did properly... if & when you mess it up... then at leas be fair & do it right.. kick it all into the trash not just selective, individual aspects or areas?! I mean come on.. how boring would that be, right?!
But guess what... I'm more than tired of these unproductive, disoriented - ineffective & inefficient - stumbling around. Spending all this time, energy & resources getting nowhere.
So that became my new passion - getting down 2 the fundamentals & routs... the FEW THINGS which you actually CAN get managed & done that eventually truly DO CHANGE YOU, YOUR ACTIONS & RESULTS!
This is what these pages are about! The FUNDAMENTALS! The BASICS! The FEW THINGS, the trunk of the tree, so to speak, which is the origin of the countless branches, leave alone leaves which split off the trunk & main branches..., all the other further, later aspects go down 2 & grow out of.

Stage 1 — Inherited Truths (Programming)
In the beginning, we absorb reality through others.
Family, culture, school, religion, trauma, praise, punishment—everything becomes a silent script.
Gift: structure, identity, stability
Shadow: blind spots, fear of difference, living by defaults
obedience, sleepwalking, living other people’s definitions
Signs you’re here: you feel “safe” but small; you follow rules you didn’t choose.

Conditioning, beliefs, identity scripts, nervous system patterns

Stage 2 — The Fracture (Rebellion)
Then the script stops matching the terrain.
You notice contradictions. You meet other “truths.” You feel anger, grief, confusion, hunger for air.
This phase often looks like rebellion. Sometimes it is. Often it’s just the first honest breath.
Gift: awareness, contrast, freedom from hypnosis
Shadow: chaos, contrarian identity, nihilism dressed as intelligence
contrarianism, chaos, identity whiplash, “all is bullshit” fatigue
Signs you’re here: you question everything, but nothing feels stable yet.

Experiments, perspective shifts, deliberate discomfort
“What else is possible?” “Which rules are fake?”


Stage 3 — The Forge (Invention)
This is the rare turn: you stop living against something and start living toward something.
You build working principles. You experiment. You measure. You refine.
And you accept one hard rule:
Only serving, life-enriching methods belong here.
Not resignation. Not bitterness. Not philosophies that justify harm.
Stage-3 filter: it must increase agency, reduce unnecessary suffering, hold complexity, and survive reality-testing.
Shadow: ego-god mode, inventing fantasies, skipping the feedback loop
Signs you’re here: you’re calmer—not because life is easy, but because you can work with it.
